Project Manager - Business Applications (7-15 yrs)

General Summary :

Reporting to the VP - Business Applications, this role ensures the alignment of IT, business applications, and technology within Everise. The candidate will drive business innovation, optimize processes, and maintain a digital enterprise while serving as a strategic thought partner to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead multiple IT initiatives within scope, time, and budget.

- Define and guide IT ecosystem architecture to support business strategy.

- Optimize business processes with metrics and best practices.

- Build and manage the business applications team.

- Define future-state and current-state business requirements.

- Align business needs with technology solutions.

- Analyze industry trends and ensure security best practices in solutions.

- Develop business-centric application roadmaps and drive cost optimization.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7-12 years of experience in IT, software development, and project management.

- Strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, REST APIs, Web Services, and web frameworks (Spring MVC, .Net, HTML5, JavaScript, etc.).

- Experience with relational and non-relational databases, SDLC (Waterfall & Agile), and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).

- Knowledge of enterprise application architecture, AI technologies, and GenAI.

- Proven leadership in vendor management, team development, and Agile methodologies.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

- BPO industry experience is a plus.
