Position: Trainee (Sales & Marketing, Finance, and HR Recruitment)

Employment Type: Full-time
Job Role: Sales & Marketing, Finance, and HR Recruitment Trainee
Training Duration: 5 Days (Initial Training)

Salary During Training: 13,000 per month

Post-Training Salary Review: After six months, salaries will be revised to 2.5 - 3.5 LPA based on performance and subsequent interview rounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing:
Identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand presence.
Manage client relationships and conduct sales presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive customer engagement.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Finance:
Assist in financial reporting and analysis.
Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Work on financial modelling and cost analysis.
Coordinate with internal departments for financial planning.

HR Recruitment:
Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions.
Assist in creating job descriptions and recruitment strategies.
Manage employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Conduct onboarding and training sessions for new hires.
Support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, finance, or HR is a plus.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Pursuing candidates with NOC from college can also apply.
