We are hiring CAE Seat Analyst

Job Location : Chennai

Experience : 5 Years to 8 Years

Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days only.

Job Description:

1. Should be proficient in LS dyna Solver.

2. Should be proficient in the HyperMesh, HyperView, HyperGraph, ANSA, LS-Prepost .

3. Creation of Seat CAE Models for Strength Analysis and comfort.

4. Ability to do Integration [Weld / Bolt / Adhesives etc., connections] .

5. Able to build 1St Row, 2nd Row and 3rd Row Seat models.

6. Able define all Mechanisms (Recliner, Latch, Track, etc).

7. Able to carry out Closures strength analysis such as Sag, Side door Impact, Oil canning etc.

8. Responsible for all documentation of all work and preparation of 'lessons learnt' documentation to provide benchmark knowledge for future work on other programs.

9. Participate in developing action plans and solutions for critical issues.

10. Discuss day-to-day project related concerns with the customer and GES partners.

11. Responsible for the verbal and written communication with the customers.

12. Responsible for successfully delivering projects without any issues.
