Overall job requirements:

B.E/MTech in Mechanical/Automotive engineering with good academic background

Should possess strong fundamentals, good analytical ability and engineering Basics

3 to 8 years of simulation experience using LS Dyna Structural simulations (Component level simulations), Implicit and Explicit Analysis.

Component meshing using Hype mesh/ANSA

Primer usage is an added advantage

Result post processing using HyperView/Meta post

Good communication Skills

Good reporting skills using MS tools

JD 3) Role : Structural CAE (Crash and Static)

4-7 years experience

Job Location: Pune

Mode of work: Work from office

Strong skills in LS-Dyna (explicit and Implicit)

Excellent hands on preprocessors like Hyper mesh and or ANSA

Preferably from interiors background but candidates from other domains (Seating/ Home appliances) 

can be considered if they have strong CAE solvers skill (Dyna /Pam-Crash) 

Good result post processing skills while highlighting design weaknesses and areas of improvements with design proposals

Result oriented team player with strong communication skills in English

Knowledge of CAE standards, tools and methods.

Overall job requirements

• CAE Experience in Strength and Vibration
• Sound Knowledge in Ansa and Nastran (Sol103 and 101 must) and basics of FRF and fatigue solver (Ncode)
• Good in Plastic Meshing

• Complete report preparation

Overall job requirements

- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in High speed crash simulations with a focus on biomechanics.

- Masters or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

- Should be Familiar with industry regulations and safety standards such as EuroNCAP, AIS and FMVSS related to occupant safety.

- Proven expertise in using CAE simulation tools for occupant safety simulations like ANSA, Hypermesh, Animator, Pam-Crash / LS-Dyna and a solid understanding of finite element analysis and occupant modeling

- Perform detailed crash analysis to assess occupant injury and performance under high-speed impact conditions in various stages of the project, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

- Should provide counter-measure for the issues identified in simulation / tests.

- Should regularly interact with restraints team / supplier to discuss the modifications / changes needed in the restraints systems.

JD 7) Title CAE Engineer - Crash Model Build Engineer ICE

Overall job requirements

- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in simulation model development for Crash.

- Masters or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

- Should be highly skilled in shell and solid modelling of metal and plastic parts.

- Strong understanding of FE modelling methodology of welds, adhesive, bolts etc. for Crash simulation. Understanding of contacts, material definition and control card is highly desirable.

- Plan, estimate and distribute the work to suppliers based on PEP (Product development process). Co-ordinate the meshing and model build activities with the suppliers and ensure adherence to Client / VW methods. Should maintain record of hours spent on meshing and model build activities.

- Develop high accuracy error free simulation models for crash simulations as per client / VW guidelines using industry standard pre-processing software like ANSA, Animator, Hypermesh

- Should know the best practices of data download / storage using Team-center.

- Prepare and present technical reports and documentation to stakeholders, clearly communicating findings and recommendations.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in model build workflows..

JD 8) Title CAE Engineer - Pedestrian Leg Protection Simulation Engineer ICE

Positions: 3

Experience Level 8 to 10 years

Tools experience required : ANSA, Pam-Crash, META software.

Qualification: BE/BTech/ MTech, M.E (preferred)

Overall job requirements

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Pedestrian Protection Lower Leg simulations , and Front and Rear Bumper load-case Simulations within the automotive industry, OEM experience will be considered as added advantage

- Masters or Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

- Capable of carrying out crash simulation using ANSA, Pam-Crash, META software.

- Experienced in performing physical test and simulation correlation activity

- Very good at verbal and written communication, good enough to present your findings to cross functional team.

- Good soft-skills in creating presentations, excel documentation.

JD 9) Title CAE Engineer - RESTRAINTS ENGINEER- Knee Airbags/Steering Wheel

Overall job requirements

• Good Knowledge of Knee Airbag & Steering Wheel development process in OEM
• Capable of choosing the concept & design of the Airbag & Steering Wheel wrt to surrounding parts
• Good Knowledge of NCAPS, crash & Simulation
• Good knowledge of testing requirements of Knee Airbag & Steering Wheel
• Good knowledge of plastic & metal parts design & manufacturing
• Able to identify the root cause & provide improvement plan in case of failures
• Ensure compliance with internal and external requirement such as Specifications (LAH) regulatory, homologation and identified Key performance Indicators (KPIs)

Role Purpose: CAE Analysis for powertrain components (Engine blocks, Transmission, Driveshaft and axles)
No. of years of work experience : 3 to 8
Key Responsibilities with brief description according to priority

1. Experience in modeling powertrain product assemblies like  Engine blocks, Transmission, Driveshaft and axles
2. Strength and Durability simulations for Powertrain product assemblies
3. Basic knowledge of drivetrain NVH simulations
4. Bolt preload, Contact and material nonlinearity using ABAQUS
5. Nonlinear simulations in ABAQUS 
6. Very good knowledge in Abaqus model setup, Abaqus convergence, Debugging.
7. Knowledge of simulating static, dynamics & Fatigue of drivetrain systems

8.Very good product knowledge in Powertrain components

9.Basic Knowledge on ANSYS APDL
10. Test- CAE correlation
11. Participate in the design reviews, support the designers with the design direction for structural
       improvements.
12. Experience in providing the design enablers and interaction with design engineers.
