EOL with MAHLE

Job Tasks:

1. Lead implementation for EOL processes and facilities on assigned vehicle programs including allocation of line space, training of operators, and resolution of EOL issues, in line with the program EOL Bill of Process.

2. Lead EOL bubble team meeting for problem resolution through all build activities. Identify items affecting First Time Through at each station and co-ordinate the team in identification of the cause of each item. Lead the resolution of any item assigned to the EOL team.

3. Interface with departments and plants providing End of Line test results data as part of the resolution of any issues. Obtain responses from PD, plant, and suppliers on any corrective actions to be taken to resolve issues assigned to these teams.

4. Maintain EOL program launch metrics. Provide EOL status reports (“night letter”) to the program management team. Maintain EOL issue resolution status (“Paynter chart”). Provide documentation for launch gateway reviews as needed.

5. Provide technical support during the launch of the assigned vehicle programs.

6. Data driven approach to analytical problem solving, and process robustness.

7. Be familiar with computer software packages.

8. Have a detailed understanding of vehicle electronic systems.

9. Have a background in the automotive and/or manufacturing industries.

10. Hold a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a similar field.

11.Working knowledge of English suitable to communicate in a technical business environment
