Telecaller

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Telecaller to join our team in the education sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, counseling students on courses, and driving enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to inform them about courses and admission processes.
• Counsel students on available programs, eligibility criteria, and career prospects.
• Follow up on leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and enrollments in the CRM system.
• Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead conversions.
• Assist in scheduling appointments for counseling sessions or campus visits.

Requirements:

• Education: a degree in any field is preferred.
• Experience: 0-2 years in telesales, customer service, or education counseling.
• Skills: Excellent communication in English and regional language, persuasive skills, and ability to handle objections.
• Preferred: Prior experience in the education industry is a plus.
