Telecaller

Distinct Education Tele callers have to initiate a telephonic connection with existing and potential clients to generate sales. They are ideally excellent at verbal communication and passionate about customer service. Job profiles may vary, but they typically have to take up inbound marketing calls and provide outstanding customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Making calls to potential customers
• Explaining company services and products
• Maintaining daily call records
• Submitting daily progress reports

• Graduation or equivalent
• Fluent communication skills in the local language (English & Kannada )
• Basic computer skills
• Looking for Female candidates.
