Role Definition

Assistant Branch Head is one who is responsible to Recruit & Develop a team of sales managers and Surpass Sales targets. Supporting the Branch Manager in day to day Operations

Responsibility Deliverable

1. Identify Quality SMs and recruit on Regular Basis with help of HR

2. Achieve Sales and Revenue Targets.

3. Develop the Sales Skills and knowledge of Sales Managers.

4. Audit all docs of Team and ensure all data in B2B Software.

Tasks & Activities

1. Identify Quality SMs and recruit on Regular Basis with help if HR

Create a pipeline of right Talent Who can be an Asset to the team with the help of HR & Consultancy and market Observations.

2. Achieve Sales And Revenue Targets

• Give Demos/ Observations of sales calls with SMs.
• Do daily fast track with team and have hot lead list ready
• Help in closing the sales and Achieving sales targets.

3 Develop the Sales Skills and knowledge of sales Managers

• Do role play/GID/IID on regular basis with SMs.
• Make a calendar each month for developing Skills of the team.
