Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic candidate to lead our Real Estate Branch Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing and implementing sales strategies, and managing the day-to-day operations of the sales department. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Real Estate Sales, Strong Leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve targets and exceed expectations.

Position: Branch Manager - Sales & Business Development


Package: Salary + Incentives + Reimbursement + Insurance


Job Location: Meerut: Gayatri Enclave, Bhola Road

Meerut: AD Tower & AD Residential


Muzaffarnagar: Numax City


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Candidate is ready to manage our Meerut & Muzaffar Nagar Branch.
  • Manage branch sales performance, including setting targets and achieving monthly / quarterly / half yearly / yearly goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue growth through effective client management and team handling.
  • Oversee the overall operations of the branch, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the real estate industry.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Set individual and team sales targets and monitor performance against these targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 3-6 years of experience in branch sales or similar role in real estate sector.
  • Knowledge of real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Proven track record of achieving target achievements and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of local market dynamics, regulations, and best practices in real estate sales.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently.
