Job Description

I. Roles Responsibilities:

1. Responsiblefor maintaining statutory records and registers (Form P, Q, R, S, T, etc. undervarious establishment and labour related regulations for client organizations PAN India spread (mainlyTamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Maharashtra, etc.).

2. Responsiblefor preparation, filing and coordination for obtaining new / renewal of statutoryregistrations such as PF, ESI, PT, Shops Establishment, Labour Welfare Fund, etc.

3. Interactwith client organisations to effectively deliver the scope of service agreedupon

4. Maintain cordial relationship with colleagues, work in a team, deliver good quality work and follow set processes.

5. Liaiseand coordinate with statutory authorities, as required

II: Competency and skill:

1. Excellentcommunication skills [English - Written Spoken compulsory]

2. Goodknowledge in establishment statutory compliance

3. Experienceof working with statutory portals, software for register maintenance, etc.

Role Category: Planning Execution (reporting to Manager HR, Payroll Compliance)

III: Qualificationand Work Experience:

- Relevant HR Experience withqualification (4 years + experience) .
