Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Operations Management:
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational systems, processes, and best practices across all divisions to improve efficiency and meet organizational goals.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and support a high-performing team responsible for administrative functions, billing, collections, and recruitment. Foster a collaborative culture that emphasizes professional growth and accountability.
Process Improvement:
- Identify and execute process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs. Ensure all processes align with best practices and compliance standards.
Billing & Collections Oversight:
- Supervise the billing and collections processes, ensuring timely invoicing and collections to support cash flow and financial objectives. Implement strategies to manage outstanding receivables effectively.
Recruitment & Talent Management:
- Collaborate with HR to develop and execute recruitment strategies, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent to meet organizational demands.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics to guide decision-making and improve operational performance. Present findings and recommendations to the executive team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Finance, HR, and other departments to ensure cohesive planning and execution of company objectives. Act as a liaison between divisions to maintain alignment on shared goals.
Budget & Resource Management:
- Oversee operational budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial goals. Optimize resource allocation for maximum impact.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on operational initiatives and maintain high standards in client service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Graduation / MBA or equivalent degree in Operations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 8-12 years in an operations management role with experience across various functions, including administration, billing, collections, and recruitment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive change within a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership, clients, and team members.
- Organizational Skills: Demonstrated expertise in project management, process optimization, and resource planning.
- Customer-Centric: A commitment to delivering high-quality service and fostering strong client relationships.
- Software proficiency: Microsoft Office and Zoho ERP Applications (CRM etc)
