Key Responsibilities:

Looking after overall Direct Tax compliance of Company, preparation of working and filing of returns.
Looking after and overseeing overall TDS TCS compliance, preparation and filing of TDS TCS return.
Preparing Income tax computation quarterly basis, advance tax working, and compliance with 15CA / CB requirement.
Supporting Financial Controller in Co-ordinating with Statutory Auditors, Cost Auditor and Internal Auditor. Preparing working and schedules for Income Tax audit.
Handling litigation matters in respect to Income Tax , coordinating with consultant, preparing data and workings for submission. Representing the company before tax authorities as and when needed.
Preparing PPT, Tax compliance tracker and Process notes regarding process to be followed for compliance with tax matters, updates on tax law and communicating to Finance Team and different other department of the company.
