Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Agritech Head at Sarveshwar Foods Limited in Jammu. The Agritech Head will oversee day-to-day operations related to agriculture technology, sustainable farming practices, food production, purchase of crops from farmers and farmer relationship management.

Responsibilities include implementing innovative agricultural technologies, optimizing crop yields, ensuring food quality, and promoting sustainable practices within the company.

Desire Profile:

• Knowledge and experience in agricultural technology and sustainable farming practices
• Expertise in optimizing crop yields and ensuring food quality
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Understanding of organic and traditional farming methods.
• Understanding quality of paddy crops,
• Able to purchase seeds and other seasonal crops.
• Experience in the food industry, particularly with rice paddy and seeds purchase is a must.

Qualification :

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi & English.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Horticulture, or related field
• Experience in the food industry, particularly with rice Industry is a must.
