Role & responsibilities

• Data Management: Maintain and update records, databases, and MIS systems.
• Documentation: Prepare and manage documents, reports, and correspondence.
• Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
• Online Sales Support: Assist the sales team with online sales activities, including managing online platforms and processing orders.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle routine office tasks such as filing, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Communication: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders , ensuring clear and effective communication.

Preferred candidate profile

Back office executive provides back end support to Marketing and sales team.The role primarily involves data management, stakeholder coordination, effective communication, document preparation, preparing reports.
