Back Office cum Data Entry Operator

Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry tasks into company databases and systems.
• Input, verify, and maintain accurate data in the company's database systems.
• Update and edit existing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation.
• Maintain and organize physical and electronic files.
• Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents.
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate workflow.
• Manage inventory and procure office supplies.
• Handle general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide support to colleagues and team members as needed.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.'

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient typing skills (speed and accuracy).
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.

Qualification

• High school diploma atleast, graduate preferred.
• Previous experience in an administrative role.
