Job Title: Data Entry Operator cum Process coordinator

Experience: 01 to 05 Yrs.

Salary Range: 14000/- to 22000/- per month gross salary.

Qualification: Any Graduate

Role & responsibilities

1. Tracking Outstanding Tasks

Monitor and maintain a list of open tasks, issues, or action items that require follow-up.

Ensure that all tasks are progressing as planned and within the set deadlines.

Prioritize follow-ups based on urgency or business impact.

2. Timely Follow-Up Communication

Regularly communicate with relevant person to remind them of pending actions or deadlines.

Send reminders via whatsapp, email, meetings, or other communication channels.

Address any delays or lack of response promptly to prevent bottlenecks.

3. Coordination with Team Members

Follow up with team members to check on the status of assigned tasks or processes.

Ensure that everyone is aligned with the overall project or process timeline.

Provide support or escalate issues as necessary to keep tasks on track.

4. Documentation and Reporting

Maintain a record of follow-up activities, including the outcome of each follow-up action.

Provide regular reports to supervisors or managers on the status of outstanding tasks or follow-ups.
