Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
▪ Answer phone calls and emails from customers/distributors and handle pre-sales enquiries.
▪ Maintain a register of new customer account also submitting the prospect into a customer account before the purchase order is received.
▪ De-Duplication of customer code handling by working closely with Customer Service/Data Governance team.
▪ Support Sales/Channel partners to complete required tender documents which include customers questionnaires, customer registration form, special format quotations.
▪ Create lead interest in Salesforce based on incoming requests through general mailbox (including Leadsin), phone enquiries.
▪ Arrange demos to support opportunities and monitoring the DEMO stock in SLOC.
▪ Support local marketing events in various areas in conjunction with internal stakeholders.
▪ Maintaining promotional inventory regional office.
▪ Support booking of application center for customer visit.
▪ Additional Duties:-Perform other responsibilities as assigned by Management.
