Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Director of Sales at Citadel Sarovar Portico Race Course Bengaluru located in Bengaluru.
The Assistant Director of Sales will be responsible for sales operations, customer service, team management, and business development on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications:
- Sales and Business Development skills.
- Sales Operations and Customer Service skills.
- Team Management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage the day-to-day sales operations, including lead generation, customer relationship management, and sales forecasting.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service to all guests.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals. Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the sales team's skills and knowledge. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and other key stakeholders. Represent the hotel at industry events and trade shows.
