Citadel Sarovar Portico - Assistant Operation Manager (3-5 yrs)

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the engineering department.

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.

- Manage the hotel's energy consumption and sustainability initiatives.

- Recruit, train, and mentor engineering team members.

- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high performance.

- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

- Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress.

- Lead and participate in the development and implementation of software solutions for hotel operations.

- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate new technologies.

- Manage engineering projects from inception to completion, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.

- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Conduct regular project reviews and make necessary adjustments.

- Maintain accurate project documentation.

- Oversee the integration of new equipment and systems into the hotel's infrastructure.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.

- Ensure seamless operation of all hotel systems.

Qualifications:

- Master's/Bachelor's degree in any related field.

- Proven experience in engineering management and team leadership.

- Strong software development and project management skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
