TheSqua.re - Manager - Reservations Sales (8-10 yrs)

Mandatory Requirement !!.

Candidate Should be Willing to Work in Night Shifts .

Timing : 8PM to 4:30AM.

Candidate must have sound knowledge of US Region.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handling online queries from suppliers for business deals.

- Approaching with the local suppliers in US for new tie-ups for the service apartments, through online research and cold calling.

- Taking care of all corporate guests travelling to the US.

- Likewise, corporate guests travelling to US from India or other countries, they need to be taken care.

-Play a role of mediator between the Supplier and the Guests.

- Client Relations handling for both Corporate & Leisure.

- Maintain good networking and strong professional relations with Suppliers for ongoing business.

- Responsible to strictly adhere with the TAT.

- Regular reporting of work - daily/weekly/monthly.

Work Location: Kalkaji, South Delhi.

Work Mode: From Office.

Requirements:

- Proven experience of 8 to 10 years in a similar role, preferably from the hospitality or travel industry.

- Has Sound knowledge of US Region.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong research and online engagement abilities.

- Ability to handle a 24/7 rotational shift.

- Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

- Excellent organizational and reporting skills.

- Comfort working in a Night Shift.

- Prefer someone who is locally from Delhi or has worked in Delhi in the past.
