Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular coaching and feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- Manage day-to-day sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and proposal preparation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue generation.
- Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize CRM systems to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information within the CRM database.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Analyze market data to inform sales strategies and pricing decisions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team activities.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including management, marketing, and operations teams.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall hotel objectives.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Skills:
- Strong sales management and team leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry and sales best practices
