Assistant Director - Performance Marketing (5-10 yrs)

Role : The responsibilities include, but shall not be limited to

Strategy Development

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

- Oversee budget allocation and resource planning for digital marketing initiatives.

Team Leadership:

- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts.

Campaign Management:

- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising.

- Manage agency partnerships and third-party vendors to enhance campaign performance.

Analytics and Reporting:

- Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on campaign performance.

- Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Customer Engagement:

- Develop and maintain customer personas to tailor marketing strategies.

- Drive audience engagement through personalized and targeted content.

Skills / Experience / Background

- Education: MBA marketing or related field

Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of driving successful digital campaigns.

- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), CRM software, and social media platforms.

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).

- Strong ability to lead and manage teams with excellent interpersonal skills. Analytical Thinking, Data-driven mindset with expertise in interpreting analytics and metrics.

- Innovative approach to content creation and campaign design.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary : Up to 26 LPA
