Learning Manager

Working Model: Our flexible work arrangement combines both remote and in-office work, optimizing flexibility and productivity.

What youll do:

• Conduct periodic assessments of learning needs for developing and implementing our products.
• Design and maintain role-based training programs (for new hires and veteran employees) working with the divisions technical and business experts (SMEs).
• Design and maintain training offerings to support and optimize the enhancement and implementation of Sapiens solutions.
• Liaison with subject matter experts, technical trainers and instructional designers to provide learning solutions and content.
• Track training effectiveness and results, and use these to improve the learning solutions.

What to Have for this position:

Must have Skills:-

• Total experience of 10+ years.
• 5 years+ of defining learning needs, and design and development of various learning solutions: e-learning, Instructor-led training, virtual classrooms, blended learning
• Experience with global software development company with international employees and customers
• Experience of managing learning programs
• Ability to organize and be detail-oriented
• Ability to learn independently and work in a fast-paced environment
• Very good communication skills esp. in English - written and spoken
• Experience with enterprise systems a plus
• Financial/banking/insurance background a plus
