Learning And Development Specialist

Role & responsibilities-

Learning & Development-

1. Develop and execute a learning strategy to address skill gaps and future workforce needs

2. Design and deliver leadership development programs for emerging and senior leaders

3. Introduce cutting-edge learning platforms, including e-learning, blended learning, and coaching programs

4. Assess training effectiveness using metrics like ROI and behavioural impact. Regularly present insights and recommendations to the executive team based on data-driven analysis.

5. Ensure a high return on investment (ROI) for all L&D initiatives by aligning outcomes with business objectives.

Talent Management-

1. Implement talent review processes, including succession planning for critical and leadership roles. Collaborate with the CHRO and executive leadership to identify and mitigate talent risks.

2. Lead initiatives to identify and develop HiPos and build robust leadership pipelines

Qualifications & Experience-

1. Masters degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related field

2. 10+ years of experience in L&D with added experience in Talent Management, leadership development & succession planning.

Preferred candidate profile -

Candidate must have experience into BFSI Industry.
