Lead and drive key strategic HR initiatives in the Central Operations functions towards achievement of organisational goals by partnering with key business leaders and work towards building the organization capabilities.
Key Accountabilities (1/5)
Drive the HR support to the Operations functions to achieve the strategic objectives set out in the business goal sheet.
Key Accountabilities (2/5)
Devise a plan for ensuring resource utilization and forecasting talent requirements in line with business strategy to meet talent needs of the business.
Key Accountabilities (3/5)
Partner with business leaders to support meeting key business performance targets and their related talent implications.
Consult business function leaders for providing adequate development opportunities aligned with current and future performance standards.
Key Accountabilities (4/5)
Plan Employee Engagement initiatives across the Operations functions to create an engaged workforce
Develop and promote ongoing feedback mechanisms for employees of Operations function to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes.
Key Accountabilities (5/5)
Drive OD / change management initiatives aligned with the business objectives to enhance Organization health
Manage compliance and employee welfare to make the workplace environment conducive to work
