Job Purpose

Lead and drive key strategic HR initiatives in the Central Operations functions towards achievement of organisational goals by partnering with key business leaders and work towards building the organization capabilities.

Key Accountabilities (1/5)

Drive the HR support to the Operations functions to achieve the strategic objectives set out in the business goal sheet.

• Support key strategic HR processes across central Operations Function for achieving the business objectives.
• Ensure adequate HRBP support is provided to the business to ensure a smooth HR experience to the end employee

Key Accountabilities (2/5)

Devise a plan for ensuring resource utilization and forecasting talent requirements in line with business strategy to meet talent needs of the business.

• Ensure the talent needs of the function across locations are met to enhance top talent utilization and retention.
• Identify and develop the right talent to ensure talent availability & development across the business.
• Optimize workforce utilization to ensure adherence to budgets.
• Partner with the COE team to ensure right talent is hired for the function within the given timelines.

Key Accountabilities (3/5)

Partner with business leaders to support meeting key business performance targets and their related talent implications.

• Plan & Implement the performance management process as per the COE guidelines to ensure meritocracy and high performance culture in the Operations functions.

Consult business function leaders for providing adequate development opportunities aligned with current and future performance standards.

• Drive Talent Management processes by partnering with COEs to develop key capabilities within the organization.
• Diagnose business needs and identify opportunities to enhance performance standards of the business.
• Drive key OD projects in the Operations function by partnering with the COE team to ensure business performance.

Key Accountabilities (4/5)

Plan Employee Engagement initiatives across the Operations functions to create an engaged workforce

• Plan and oversee employee engagement activities across business function to increase workforce engagement levels.
• Influence key stakeholders to create a constant Employee Connect to ensure communication within the business function

Develop and promote ongoing feedback mechanisms for employees of Operations function to influence the continuous improvement of HR services and processes.

• Provide expert advice and coaching to employees when appropriate.
• Counsel line managers to develop a feedback mechanism for the function to increase employee motivation level.
• Drive HR communication during Operations Council & Forum with Operations leadership to address people matters and people initiatives.

Drive OD / change management initiatives aligned with the business objectives to enhance Organization health

• Design and implement change management initiatives in alignment with  the business to support achieving business objectives

Manage compliance and employee welfare to make the workplace environment conducive to work

• Ensuring that all employee welfare cases and best practices are followed to ensure adherence to processes.
