Hospital Business Manager - Virology

Job Purpose -

Drive the institutional & corporate hospitals business by creating KOL/KBL customer hold from HIV market and handling competition and identifying the market dynamics to generate annual business of 50-70lacs through customer engagement.

Major Activities / Tasks

• Identify institutional KOL/KBL MSL through effective customer profiling
• Responsible for engagement and development of KOL/KBL customers
• Develop team through various training on brand development and therapy initiatives
• Responsible for generating business from KOL & KBL customers
• Analyze business analytics to explore market trends and develop strategies to compete with competitors

Relevant experience:

• 2-8 years of experience in the sales function of a pharmaceutical organization in the following areas: HIV/Critical care
