Job Description
- Increasing out-of-the-box 3rd party product integrations
- Improving extensibility capabilities
- Encouraging the partner ecosystem to build IP
- Responsible project manager for own initiatives that support internal PMs as well as partners
- Support other team members / product managers in strategic initiatives
- Market & competitor analysis - Assess current competitor offerings and seek opportunities for differentiation
- Create executive reporting for the Ecosystem unit
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping and final development by engineering teams
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product marketing and partner management teams
- 3+ years of work experience in the software industry
- Bachelor of Engineering / Master of Computer Applications
- Master in Business Administration preferred
- Experience with APIs and Integration preferred
- Knowledge of AWS/AZURE/GCP/FORCE.com preferred
- Excellent verbal and communication skills with partners and internal teams
- Strong partner/customer orientation
- Strong team player, self-motivated and results-driven
- Fluent spoken and written English is a must
