What You"ll Do:

• We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Specialist (f/m/d) in SAP IBP who wants to increase the success of SAP s modern supply chain planning solution in the market and benefit from permanent growth. \
• Supply chain planning is for our customers a mission critical application, our IBP cloud service has to be very reliable in order to be long term successful.
• You will collaborate closely with the IBP product management, engineering, support, operations and customer success teams.
• As we are a customer-driven organization, you will work very closely with our IBP customers.
  

What You Bring:

• Bachelor or master s degree in computer science, natural science, business administration or a related discipline
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in software development projects, product management and support
• Strong analytical skills, architectural expertise SAP Hana based cloud solutions like IBP
• Excellent Product knowledge in SAP IBP and ability to work on root cause analysis for critical customer situations
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English
• Strong interpersonal, coordination, communication and presentation skills
• Committed team player with a can-do and innovation-focused attitude
• Experience in customer-facing roles

Supply Chain Planning (SCP) Customers & Innovations / IBP Customer Office. : The team SCP Customers & Innovations is a global team of experts interacting - as part of the SAP IBP Product & Engineering organization - very closely with our key IBP customers in order to deliver best-in-class customer experience of our IBP cloud service. The team collaborates with various other teams inside SAP like IBP operations, product support, CSP and MCC teams and helps customers to become more successful with the usage of the IBP cloud service and increase customer satisfaction of IBP. SAP Integrated Business Planning (SAP IBP) for Supply Chain is a fast-growing cloud solution that enables companies to react quickly to customer demands and helps them handle changes and shortages in the supply chain by generating a short to mid-term supply plan, based on prioritized and categorized demand such as orders and forecasts. SAP IBP is a strategic investment in SAP s supply chain management solution portfolio. With this solution we deliver a high-end cloud service to our customers in more than 50+countries and across 20+ industries for managing their complex supply chains.
