Flow of Contractual Information: Ensure accurate communication and understanding of all project-related contractual data (Scope of Work, Purchase Terms & Agreements) across all stakeholders. Highlight and address any discrepancies or additional requirements.
Understanding Customer Requirements: Analyze and integrate customer contracts and purchase orders to meet expectations.
Project Planning: Collaborate with teams to organize resources such as personnel, materials, and machinery.
Performance Reviews: Conduct reviews with cross-functional teams (CFT) to monitor project performance and execute risk mitigation strategies.
Project Execution Integration: Synthesize information from various teams to provide a complete project execution plan.
(2) Project Execution & Delivery:
Contractual Compliance: Ensure adherence to all contractual obligations as outlined during the contract/purchase order review process.
SAP Working Knowledge: Sound knowledge in MM module (upload schedule, MRP and Production Version) in SAP.
Schedule Development & Critical Path Management: Support the creation of project schedules and track progress, ensuring timely completion within contract parameters.
Milestone Tracking: Monitor key project milestones and customer communications to manage deadlines.
Financial Oversight: Ensure project performance aligns with financial targets and manage the profit and loss aspects.
Order Fluctuations: Manage order changes and align them with the customer schedule and forecasts.
Conduct Reviews: Lead Project Management Reviews with CFT and Management to ensure the project stays on track.
(3) Cross Functional Team Management:
Team Motivation: Encourage and motivate team members to participate in project engagement activities.
Cultural Awareness: Stay attuned to the cultural environment of the customer for better collaboration and understanding.
(4) Project Coordination & Administrative:
Customer Visits & Reviews: Coordinate customer visits, hospitality, and provide updates during Project Management Reviews.
Bid vs. Actual Data Coordination: Work with business development and operations teams to track and compare bid estimates with actual performance.
Action Item Tracking: Maintain a running list of action items with the customer and internal teams.
Meeting Participation: Attend and contribute to regular project review meetings such as Morning Meetings and Performance Reviews.
Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve delivery or dispatch issues.
