Quality Engineer

1. Ensuring quality of in-process components.

2. Monitoring of Setting approval, In process inspection report, SPC, Error-proofing, Traceability, 5S & Document control in process.

3. Maintain the accountability of Rejection/Rework of the components & initiating CAPA for the same.

4. Ensure availability & usage of calibrated gauges and measuring instruments.

5. Ensure Quality Records are maintained in line with retention period.

6. Co-ordinate for disposition of Non-conforming product at regular intervals.

7. To ensure sufficient manpower for process & stage inspection.

8. Responsible to maintain the 4M Change records (Including Major break downs related to Machine, Tool & Fixture) verification and getting approval from QA Head for critical changes as per 4M Change SOP

9. Responsible for Mistake Proofing and Continuous improvement in process.

10.Carry out product audit & process audit as per the frequency.
