Job Description
- Lead the development and execution of the content services strategy for Sandoz, focusing on OneDrive, Physical NAS File Shares, Azure File Shares, and other cloud content management options.
- Oversee the governance and roadmap for content services, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, including GxP controls.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, compliance, and business units, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of content services with organizational goals.
- Manage large-scale enterprise content migrations, supporting MA content transfers and ensuring data integrity and security throughout the process.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including governance policies, procedures, and user guides.
- Monitor the performance and effectiveness of content services, implementing enhancements based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of content service professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in content management technologies and evaluate their potential impact on Sandozs content services.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources in content management and cloud technologies.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading content services and governance projects, preferably within a large organization.
- Strong knowledge of content management systems, cloud storage solutions, and data governance frameworks.
- Experience with large-scale enterprise content migrations and MA content transfers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices for content hosting in the pharmaceutical industry, including GxP controls.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Certification in content management or cloud computing (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate).
