Job Description
- Lead the effective delivery and operations of Collaboration Platforms for all Sandoz, especially Microsoft M365 and all associated plugins
- Manage a team of Senior Individual Contributors for Collaboration Platforms by allocating financial and human capital and ensuring timely and effective delivery of services.
- Retain, recruit, hire, manage and coach a highly specialized team of technology professionals to execute our vision
- Oversee the operational health, management, security, lifecycle, and reliability of the platforms
- Support and ensure compliance to defined IT Governance controls, standards, and practices.
- Accountable for managing suppliers in ensuring they deliver quality services and meet all contractual obligations. Tracks actual utilization of services and reporting of supplier performance in meeting business service expectations and service levels.
- Address the needs and challenges of the changing workplace and workforce by applying technology and service solutions while ensuring cost efficient use of resources and funding
- D egree or equivalent experience in computer science, engineering or information technology or other relevant field
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- SME in operations and system management.
- Significant experience in Service Management or Engineering of a global service portfolio in similar areas as above, across geographies and business areas.
- Stable, compliant, secure and cost-effective operations measured by Availability, Performance, Capacity Metrics along with continuous cost reductions YOY
- Services are managed within SLA/OLA KPIs
- Learning Agility, Ability to evaluate and launch new services capabilities
- Productivity gains and defect reduction through continuous improvement
- End User Experience and satisfaction
- Process and compliance setup is applied and adhered
- Track record in delivering multinational projects on time, quality and budget Experience in negotiating agreements with corporate suppliers in close co-operation with the sourcing function .
