Job Description
- Lead the development and execution of the Generative AI strategy for Sandoz, focusing on cloud applications and digital workplace services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, customer service, gdpp, sqms and many other, to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI models and algorithms to address specific business needs and challenges.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and compliance of AI solutions, adhering to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and cloud technologies, and evaluate their potential impact on Sandozs digital workplace services.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.
- Monitor the performance and effectiveness of AI solutions, and implement enhancements based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors to leverage their expertise and resources in AI and cloud technologies.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in leading AI and cloud application projects, preferably within a large organization.
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML algorithms, natural language processing, and cloud computing platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
- Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices for AI and cloud security.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
- Certification in AI/ML or cloud computing (e.g., AWS Certified Machine Learning, Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate).
