Support the NTO NOCC - Supply management services in implementation of assigned projects / activities as per the relevant SOPs , business matrix and SLA time lines in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) & Regulatory requirements while creating value for the stakeholders across Novartis divisions across geographies

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• SAP system support services for process order execution.
• Management of goods movements, MIGO, understanding of Batch allocation , Bin to Bin transfer process , understanding of storage units and stock management services for process orders ,reading and understanding of Intermediate documents .
• Monitoring and processing of IDOCS.
• MES ( PasX ) system support services for SFO ( shop floor orders ) review execution process..
• Support technical completion of process orders (TECO) Review of material bookings in MES & SAP as per the SLA s.
• Maintain Metrics relevant to deliverables, data collection and timely reporting of KPI

• Report deliverable status and continuously acquire process knowledge.

Essential Requirements:

• Awareness of Supply Chain Planning Parameters and MRP Elements & its impact on overall Supply chain.
• Experience in SAP PP module with thorough knowledge in Process order cycle, goods movements, TECO , MES system archive data , material consumption , returns and take out types.
• Advanced Excel knowledge with formulas.
• Knowledge in SAP PP module, understanding of PO process, goods Issue, goods receipt, technical completion and intermediate document management process, Status change of the Process orders.
• Analytical skills in SAP & MES (ERP s).
• Knowledge in MES (Manufacturing execution systems) for data collection and review of archives.
• Understanding of Shop floor order (SFO) process in MES and Material flow in SAP and MES systems.
• Understanding of MES systems for Material archives, SFO closures and exceptions.

• Understanding of Pharma products, life cycle, GXP & compliance.
• Good communication skills (Written & Verbal)
• Timeliness, Accuracy, productivity & RFT (Right first time)
• Management of KPI s - Data collection, periodic review, reporting and self-inspection.
• Handling of Deviation / Escalation.
