Job Description
- Actively contribute to professional and reliable technology delivery for business systems, Clinical platform (Veeva), and analytics processes for business domain/function(s) in scope.
- Accountable to plan, define, and develop high-level designs for solutions.
- Investigation, analysis, and documentation of all part of Clinical Development projects in terms of business functions and processes and the information they use.
- Act as support in case of any major issue within operations and provide necessary support.
- Perform PoC and onboarding of new technology within Clinical Development teams by building best practice approaches, define standard and rollout it to the systems and team involved.
- Value adding to key internal stakeholders, measured by specific and relevant KPIs.
- Deliver solutions with high level of customer satisfaction.
- Systems and processes globally standardized and in full compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Actively contribute to on time, compliant, secure, and quality delivery of portfolio/respective engagements within budget.
- Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing and deploying new solutions and services.
- Ensure adherence to Security & Compliance policies and procedures as well as with other Sandoz guidelines and standards.
- Delivery on agreed KPIs including business impact.
- Launch of innovative technology solutions across Sandoz at scale.
- Business impact and value generated from TT solutions.
- Operations stability and effective risk management.
- Feedback on customer experience.
Work Experience:
- Proven experience (12+years) in Clinical Development application architecture design.
- Ideally already worked on Clinical Development platform solutioning for end-to-end design and migration of applications).
- Experience in client facing role working with multiple stakeholders from implementation until/including transition to operations.
- Experience with Clinical Development vendors, executing and evaluating software to meet business requirements at scale.
- Overall 12+year experience within IT, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in a role as Clinical Development Solution Engineering.
- Experience with Clinical Development Platforms such as Veeva, Oracle, Medidata
- Clinical development, solution design, application architecture reviews, troubleshooting and optimization.
- Experience with change management through process engineering and/or participating in large-scale IT change / transformation programs.
- Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills to present features and solution recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
