Job Description
- Lead the enhancement of the Salesforce-based Pipeline management tool (SANITY).
- Serve as the Product Owner for Portfolio, BD, and Alliance Management (Small Molecules & Bio.) on Sandoz digital systems.
- Represent CCO s interests in SANITY Agile Release Train and related forums.
- Analyze and coordinate the discovery, definition, development, implementation, and roll-out of business requirements in collaboration with Business Analysts and Business Process Responsible parties.
- Ensure Pipeline Value transparency through process implementation and advanced analytics solutions
- Ensure a seamless user experience in designing and deploying new solutions and services, including (cross-functional) system integration (GloRIA, GMD, Qlik, )
- Drive continuous improvement activities for digital systems within CCO Process & Operations.
- Conduct training sessions for stakeholders on new system releases.
- Guide CCO business functions to enhance user adoption and satisfaction.
- Acquire and maintain deep knowledge and experience with SANITY for operational issue resolution.
- Facilitate regular training sessions for business users and super-users in regional teams.
- Oversee onboarding and training for new business users.
- Serve as the lead resource for daily SANITY usage inquiries requiring advanced technical expertise.
- Support daily operations by performing data analysis, developing dashboards, and managing or creating SANITY data quality reports and dashboards
- Collaborate with Early Pipeline and Regional Portfolio managers to ensure data completeness and consistency.
- Enhance data quality through advanced analytics and innovative solutions.
- Quality and implementation rate of user requirements within SANITY.
- Level of user support provided to CCO business functions.
- Effectiveness of training sessions.
- Responsiveness and approachability regarding requests from the Process & Operations team.
- Quality and consistency of reports, dashboards, and analyses.
- Completeness and consistency of Global Pipeline data.
- Minimum: BA/BS degree required; desirable: MBA or a professional qualification a plus
- Languages: Fluent spoken and written English; local language preferred
- Minimum of 5 years in a technical, commercial, or operational role, with high exposure to:
- Analytical processes
- Project management
- Process design and implementation
- Stakeholder alignment
- Pharmaceutical business operations or similar field

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to work with a wide cross-functional team in development, commercial, IT, and other functions to drive projects towards results
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of the Salesforce platform, including:
- Development in Sandbox environments
- Administration in Production to support new features and manage key processes

- Strong analytical skills and hands-on approach combined with business acumen and strategic thinking
- Comprehensive understanding of pharmaceutical business development
- Basic knowledge of Agile methodology, Scrum framework, Atlassian Jira, and Quip is an added benefit
- Excellence in Design thinking, Data administration, and CRM Data management
- Fluency in working with Excel and PowerPoint; prior experience with the Sandoz internal SANITY application is an advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in complex matrix organizations and manage diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to take initiative and work independently
