Position Chief Operating Officer

We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee our organizations ongoing Online Media Platform procedures. This dedicated leader will develop and maintain control of all business operations and will be an experienced and efficient leader with excellent people skills, business acumen, and an exemplary work ethic. The ideal individual will also be a strategic planner with the essential ability to specify, strategize, and define opportunities.

Job Description-

• Lead initiatives to drive revenue growth through optimized sales strategies, focusing on all sales channels, including online, quick commerce, modern trade and general trade
  
• Oversee the development and execution of strategic sales and operations plans. Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure operational readiness for scaling and seamless execution of business strategies.
  
• Own the company's P&L and ensure financial performance aligns with set objectives.
  
• Spearhead the strategy for expanding brand presence across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms. Ensure that brand stays ahead of industry trends and adapts to shifting digital consumption patterns.
  
• Develop and execute strategies that maximize conversion rates, enhance customer acquisition, and ensure sustainable growth in online channels.
  
• Lead and mentor the operations team, ensuring the execution of key initiatives. Build a high-performing culture and manage cross-functional teams to drive business success.
  
• Identify and negotiate new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance growth.
  
• Report directly to the Founder, sharing insights on business performance and strategic initiatives. Assist in driving the overall company vision and execution strategy.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (creative, digital, production) to deliver integrated solutions

• Enhance brand visibility across the market and secure new business opportunities.

Experience Required:

10 to 20 years in senior leadership roles in operations planning, sales, and e-commerce advertising industry

Proven track record of building and scaling up.

Understanding/exposure of leading a P&L and driving revenue growth in fast-paced, high-
growth Online Media brands.
