Chief Financial Officer- Finance & Accounts

Main Purpose of Job:

• Take responsibility for all cash management, investments, insurance, budgeting, and financial reporting, and help drive the company's financial strategy
• Ensure accurate & timely preparation of financial statements
• To ensure financial & Statutory compliance
• Ensure cash flow is compatible with operations by overseeing day-to-day accounting, recording, reporting, and internal-control activities of the organization
• Cross Functional Projects to improve business performance & relevant IT Topics
• Employee, vendor and customer coordination and interaction
• Team Management & Cordial Relationships

Key Accountabilities:

• Timely GST Filing, TDS, Insurance Covers, Banks, Income tax, MIS, Budget etc as per company guidelines
• Effective cash flow management with effective Creditors and Debitors management
• Ensure to meet all Statutory and regulatory Compliances to prevent company from any penalties and interests
• Coordination with Statutory Auditors, Internal Auditors, legal, corporate finance and other statutory agencies - Ensuring smooth operations and timely resolution
• Monitor & Control all Accounts & Finance related Functions with timely closures as per company SOPs.
• Account Reconciliation with Customers and Vendors every Month To achieve Primary Sales, Payment Collection, Network Development and Dealer Handling
• Timely settlement for all stake holders i.e settlement of claims, credit/debit notes etc.
• Monitor and Provide guidance to direct Reportees
• Exhibit and maintain supportive, cordial relationship with peer group, internal and external stakeholders of business

Desired Skills:

• End to End Knowledge of finance including Accounts/Taxation/funds management etc.
• Entrepreneurial mind set to drive business growth
• Leadership skills to develop team & influence different hierarchy levels
• Problem Solving Approach
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and proficiency in PowerPoint presentations
• Candidate must be presentable and should have good command on written and verbal communication.
• Financial Planning and Analysis, Strategic Planning and Contracts Negotiations

Experience & Qualifications:

Candidate must have about 8-10 years experience after completion of Chartered Accountant (CA)/ICWA
