Executive - Product Management and Marketing

Main Purpose of Job:

• Drive top & bottom-line of the product
• New Product Introduction
• Market Research and Competition Analysis
• Product Launch and Marketing
• Competitor Benchmarking and GAP Analysis

Key Accountabilities:

• Planning & execution of strategies and plan
• Drive sales to achieve targets.
• Cross functional collaboration for market research on particular product (sales team /purchase) and Collaborate with the SCM Team in material planning & ensure availability
• Responsible for developing the design and execution of marketing elements like print, inputs, campaigns and customer engagement activities
• New product identification and portfolio management through primary and secondary research
• Launch of Products as per the defined New Product Launch Process at competitive prices
• Availability of commercial benchmarking with all competitors and to be updated monthly.
• Introduction of Innovative methods and schemes to achieve the set objectives.
