Job Description

Job Description: Manager-Lead Generation

A Manager-Lead Generation is responsible for overseeing a team of Business Development Executives ensuring they meet performance goals, and maintaining high service quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Meeting Assigned Targets for Lead Generation.
  • Preparing reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing data and trends.
  • Monitor performance and productivity metrics (e.g., call volume, lead generation time) of the team
  • Provide coaching and feedback to BDEs to improve performance and enhance call quality.
  • Implement quality control procedures to monitor client interactions.
  • Review operational reports with the Head on a regular basis and provide guidance to the team
  • Work with other departments to address operational or client-related issues.


Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in sales, or a related field is required.
  • At least 8 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory position within a sales environment.
  • Exhibition Industry Experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software and other tools like MS PowerPoint and Ms Excel
  • Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate a team to meet goals and provide excellent service.
  • Communication: Clear and effective communication with clients
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to assess performance data and identify areas for improvement
