Job Description
Role & Responsibilities: We are seeking experienced US IT Recruiters to join our team. Key responsibilities include: Bench Sales Expertise: o Handle and market bench consultants (H1-B, GC, US citizens) to appropriate requirements. o Strong knowledge and practical experience with W2, 1099, and Corp-to-Corp (C2C) employment models. Sourcing & Recruitment: o Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, Tech Fetch, CareerBuilder) and search techniques (LinkedIn, Google strings). o Screen and shortlist resumes based on client requirements. o Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager to align candidate profiles with the job specifications, including skills, technical expertise, and compensation rates. Negotiation & Communication: o Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills while interacting with US Citizens and Green Card holders. Process & Coordination: o Manage contract, permanent, and contract-to-hire positions. o Accurately follow through on tasks while maintaining efficiency in a fast- paced, deadline-driven environment. o Work independently while managing high volumes of requisitions.
