sampling solutions to FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) companies. Our mission is to

help our clients reach their target audience effectively and efficiently by offering creative and

data-driven sampling campaigns. We are seeking a talented and experienced Business

Development Sales Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our growth.


Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sampling & BTL

Activation Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and

overseeing sampling and below-the-line activation projects to promote our products or services.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a creative

mindset.


Responsibilities:


Project Planning:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans for sampling and BTL activation campaigns,

outlining timelines, budgets, and key milestones.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing and

business objectives.


Execution:

  • Coordinate the execution of sampling initiatives and BTL activation events, ensuring

seamless implementation from concept to completion.

  • Manage on-site logistics, including set-up, staffing, and teardown.

Vendor Management:

  • Identify, negotiate with, and manage vendors and suppliers for materials, equipment, and

services required for campaigns.

  • Ensure compliance with budgetary constraints and quality standards.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead a team of project coordinators, field staff, and activation personnel.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

Budget Control:

  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial updates to

stakeholders.

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising campaign effectiveness.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Generate post-campaign reports, analyzing the success of sampling and BTL activation

efforts.

  • Provide insights and recommendations for future improvements.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to sampling and

activation activities.

  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with campaigns.

Innovation and Trends:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative activation

methods.

  • Integrate new ideas and approaches into future projects to enhance effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in sampling and BTL activation.
  • Strong team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
