Job Title: Team Leader BPO Operations (Sales Mandate Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of BPO sales agents to achieve sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Monitor and manage shrinkage and attrition rates, implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Oversee dialer management, optimizing call flow and ensuring maximum efficiency.
• Track team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to enhance productivity.
• Analyze data and reports to identify areas for improvement in sales and operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, quality, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Collaborate with senior management to implement strategies for business growth and process improvements.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer concerns effectively.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• . Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a Team Leader role within a BPO sales process.
• Strong knowledge of shrinkage, attrition, and dialer management.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and BPO dialer tools
