Team Lead - Collection

Role & responsibilities

• Coaching and developing officers on their Call Quality, Collection conversions, sales Conversions and thereby ensuring to meet the goals set for each month
• Develop and implement collections strategies to minimize delinquencies and maximize recoveries
• Ensure that all collections activities are conducted in compliance with regulatory and business requirements with no fatal observations
• Identify and resolve customer disputes and complaints related to collections activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Training, Business and field team to improve collections processes and procedures
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
• Daily call listening and monitoring of individual officer
• Motivate team members by organising team-building activities
• Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments

Track and report actual versus plan performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Preferred candidate profile

• Excellent with People Management skills
• Proven work experience as a team leader Collections
• In-depth knowledge of Collections, Performance metrics and Diallers
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Good with analytical, problem solving and Decision-making skills

• English, Hindi, Marathi/Bengali
