National Collections Manager - Two Wheeler Collections - Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Responsible for controlling delinquency and NPA reduction for Two Wheeler loans, unsecured loans and Supply Chain Finance.
• Responsible for Collections Agencies Empanelment, Allocation, Tracking, performance and overall agency management.
• Responsible for Agency Managers, Area Collections Managers, Regional Collections recruitment and to ensure their productivity metrics achieved.
• Daily Collections tracking and monitoring, bucket resolutions met as per requirement.
• Responsible for recruitment of agencies to carry out collection & repossession.
• Responsible for end to end repossession & auction sale of Two Wheeler Loans.
• Develop and implement strategies to maintain higher collections efficiency and lower delinquencies across metrics.
• Setup/improvise strong, standardized and smooth functioning line in the collections process.
• Drive Automations and digitization in various processes associated with collections.
