Job Description

To provide issuance support to the branch, prepare various MIS and reports for the stakeholder and address queries pertaining to Agent/Leader licensing and R&R.

Key Result Areas
  • Tracks Branch performance and provide MIS to stakeholders .
  • Design and circulate local MIS as per ADOA requirement
  • Follow up on policy Issuance to maximize submission to issuance ratio
  • Follow with sales and operations for resolving the pending raised by Underwriting team
  • To attend and address queries on Agent/ Leader licensing within agreed TAT
  • To attend and address R&R queries within agreed TAT
