Manager Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• As a Manager Sales at SmarterHomes Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our intelligent solutions among RWAS (resident welfare associations) in residential buildings , builders and related institutions. 
• Market Expansion: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to establish and grow our market presence in the designated regions through effective lead generation
• Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders including RWA’s and relevant institutions.
• Sales Growth: Exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
• Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SmarterHomes Technologies; products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and customer needs.
• Negotiation: Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and successfully close deals with clients.

Skill Set Required:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills clubbed with high CRM skills. Knowledge of local language will be an added advantage
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation and team working skills
• Proficient in presentation skills, adept at both crafting and delivering compelling presentations to clients
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Willingness to travel extensively within the specified regions

• Workdays - Its 6 days working ( Monday - Sunday with Tuesday as a weekly off )
