    Role :

    / Responsibilities / Work Profile

    Lead conversion from various sources/channels.
  • Acquisition of new clients.
  • Consistently meet revenue goals with respect to company goals.
  • Designing and implementing strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and ensures its presence.
  • Proven ability to lead teams, work independently / cooperatively as a part of a team to meet customers objectives, and deadlines and be comfortable interacting with multiple levels of the organization.
  • Traveling across regions and finding out new business opportunities.
  • Build and promote long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Skills Required

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills

    Excellent command over English/ knowledge on Kannada and Hindi is a plus.
  • Expertise on Ms office/ excel is a must.
  • Understanding engineering drawings is a plus ability to work as a team/ go-getter attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Willingness to travel as and when required.
  • Location:Peenya industrial estate, Bangalore (the candidate should be ready to relocate).
  • Education:Graduate, preferably engineering background, not necessarily / MBA in marketing is a plus.
  • Experience:10 to 15 years proven experience in similar role/sales or business development knowledge in the industrial domain (machine building industry) is must.
  • Work week:Monday to Saturday 9:00am 5:30pm (work from office)
