About The Role : / Responsibilities / Work Profile.
Lead conversion from various sources/channels..
Acquisition of new clients..
Consistently meet revenue goals with respect to company goals..
Designing and implementing strategic sales plan that expands companys customer base and ensures its presence..
Proven ability to lead teams, work independently / cooperatively as a part of a team to meet customers objectives, and deadlines and be comfortable interacting with multiple levels of the organization..
Traveling across regions and finding out new business opportunities..
Build and promote long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs..
Skills Required.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent command over English/ knowledge on Kannada and Hindi is a plus..
Expertise on Ms office/ excel is a must..
Understanding engineering drawings is a plus ability to work as a team/ go-getter attitude..
Ability to work independently and in a team environment..
Willingness to travel as and when required..
Location:Peenya industrial estate, Bangalore (the candidate should be ready to relocate)..
Education:Graduate, preferably engineering background, not necessarily / MBA in marketing is a plus..
Experience:10 to 15 years proven experience in similar role/sales or business development knowledge in the industrial domain (machine building industry) is must..
Work week:Monday to Saturday 9:00am 5:30pm (work from office).
