The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growthby leading the sales team in promoting and selling software development anddata science services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a solidbackground in technology services sales, specifically within the data sciencesdomain.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy : Support development andimplementation of the sales strategy in alignment with the ADAs objectives,focusing on ADAs services & solutions.
Client Acquisition : Identify and targetpotential clients, including enterprises, and other potential stakeholders.
Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and managethe sales & lead generation teams to meet and exceed sales targets andKPIs.
Domain Knowledge : Possess in-depthknowledge of the data science services and solutions offered by ADA, stayingupdated on industry trends and competitors.
Client Relationship Management : Fosterand maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction andaddressing any issues or concerns promptly.
Market Research : Conduct market researchto identify new opportunities and emerging trends within the data sciences servicesand solutions industry.
Sales Collateral : Develop and maintainsales collateral, including presentations, proposals, and case studies, tosupport the sales process.
Sales Reporting : Generate regular salesreports, track progress against targets, and provide insights for improvements.
Qualifications:
Experience : 4-6 years of relevant salesexperience in selling data science services & solutions across industryverticals including, but not limited to, Retail & eCommerce, Manufacturing,Healthcare, BFSI, etc. Experience within a similar data sciences company is a definiteplus.
Educational Background : A master's degreeor relevant certifications in sales and marketing.
Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding ofdata science services and solutions across industries of interest, includingtheir applications and benefits.
Sales Leadership : Proven track record ofleading and managing a sales team, achieving and exceeding sales targets acrossNorth America and Europe.
Client Relationships : Strong ability tobuild and maintain client relationships, including experience inenterprise-level client engagement.
Analytical Skills : Proficiency in marketanalysis and data-driven decision-making.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbaland written communication skills, with the ability to present technicalinformation in a clear and persuasive manner.
Team Player : Collaborative, able to workeffectively with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
Adaptability : Ability to thrive in adynamic and fast-paced environment, adjusting strategies as needed to meetchanging market conditions.
Results-Oriented : Demonstrated ability todrive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
